A Summer Snack For The Family

SUMMERTIME BLACK BEAN SALSA

2 cups of cooked Corn (one can) or 2 stalks
1 large mango peeled and diced
1 -15 ounces can black beans, rinsed and drained well
2 nice size tomatoes diced
½ onion diced
¼ cup of cilantro
2 tablespoons of lime or lemon juice
A good shake of black pepper
 
*Add peppers to turn up the heat
 
 
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients together, let sit overnight in the fridge, and then serve with a nice bowl of chips.
